Abstract
Conductive amorphous germanium film was prepared by heat treatment of tert- butyl-substituted germanium cluster at 200 degreesC and the crystallization was observed above 500 degreesC, which are remarkably lower temperatures t han those of n-propyl-substituted germanium cluster.
