Background: The existence of high concentrations of circulating fetal DNA i
n maternal plasma may enable non-invasive prenatal diagnosis. There are man
y applications of fetal DNA in maternal plasma for clinical diagnosis. Conc
lusions: We expect fetal DNA in material plasma will be incorporated into p
