Abstract
Data on the content of different humus substances and polycyclic aromatic h ydrocarbons (PAHs) in the microaggregates and light fraction of soddy-gley soil strongly contaminated by hydrocarbons (Moscow region) were analyzed. I t was found that microaggregates differing in the humus character also diff ered in the content of technogenic PAHs, which indicated their different ro les in the development of the soil organic profile.
