Abstract
We wish to report on a case of gonococcal infection of the eye in a young g ay man. This is a rarely seen complication of ano-genital N. gonorrhoeae in fection, and therefore experience of treating this condition is limited. In severe cases, hospital admission is required and the recommended treatment is intravenous ceftriaxone(1).
