Abstract
MR findings in three patients with mannosidosis are reported. They all had
diploic space widening with underdevelopment of the sinuses, prominent peri
ventricular Virchow-Robin spaces and perioptic CSF spaces. Two had tight fo
ramen magnum, one of which was associated with a cervical syrinx and marked
ly widened perioptic CSF spaces with papilledema.
