Abstract
To determine if tris(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) chemistry could be extend ed to thorium, the reaction of a cationic organometallic thorium hydride wi th K(18-crown-6)(C5Me5) was examined and found to produce (C5Me5)(3)ThH.
