Magnetization and electrical resistivity measurements have been made on Fe2
-xNixTiSn and Fe2-xCoxTiSn cubic solid solutions, The electrical resistivit
y reveals a strong influence of spin fluctuations for Fe2-xCoxTiSn, while i
t exhibits Kondo-like behavior for Fe2-xNixTiSn. The magnetic susceptibilit
y of Fe2TiSn and its alloys with Ni and Co indicates the occurrence of weak
ferromagnetism. which may be induced by atomic disorder. Comparison of the
resistivity and susceptibility of both series of alloys indicates that Fe2
TiSn is a Kondolattice system with a small pseudogap located at the Fermi l
evel. The pseudogap is strongly reduced by local disordering.
