Abstract
A practical synthesis of (S)-beta -methyl-2-aryltryptamine based gonadotrop in releasing hormone antagonists which features a palladium-catalyzed Laroc k indole synthesis and a palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura sequence to ins tall the 2-position aryl substituent is reported.
