Abstract
Diamond which has attractive properties may be used in many applications an d particularly in electronic. In this paper, we present some sensors like t emperature sensor, pressure sensor, gas sensor and radiation sensor based o n diamond structure. Nevertheless it is necessary to improve the reproducib ility of the sensors based on diamond.
