Abstract
We report the case of a 78-year-old-woman with a meningitis caused by Bacte roides fragilis revealing a malignant tumor. The epidemiologic, etiologic a nd therapeutic features of these meningitis are reviewed. (C) 2001 Editions scientifiques et medicales Elsevier SAS.
