Abstract
Chitin hexamer was conjugated to mono-BOC-diaminoethane, gamma -aminobutyri c acid or glycine using reductive amination. Each hapten was conjugated to ovalbumin (OVA) or mouse serum albumin (MSA) for immunization and immunoass ay, respectively.
