Abstract
We report the case of an irreparable fracture-dislocation of the ulnar head with a concomitant fracture of the radius (Galeazzi lesion), treated by im plantation of a Herbert Ulnar Head Prosthesis((R)). A stable distal radio-u lnar joint was achieved by careful dissection of a posterior soft tissue fl ap and accurate reduction of the radius.
