JONA's "Management Case Studies" presents provocative issues in nursing man
agement, including personnel management, ethics, labor relations, economics
, staffing, interdisciplinary relations, and career management. Experts in
the field then share their perspectives on the issues. Readers are encourag
ed to submit cases of 250 to 300 words. The case can be based on factual in
formation but should be altered to make individuals and institutions uniden
tifiable. Authors of cases will not be identified, although they will be of
fered the opportunity to be one of the expert case commentators.
