Abstract
The piezostimulated depolarization currents technique was applied to the st udy of the relaxation mechanisms in LiF crystals doped with Be2+ impurities . By using different methods for the analysis of the experimental data, the migration volume v(m) of a properly cleaned peak. was determined. The resu lting v(m) value significantly exceeds the mean molecular volume.
