The basic principles of rehabilitation philosophy relevant to the care of p atients with neurodegenerative diseases, specifically Pick's disease and fr ontotemporal dementias, are briefly defined. These principles are illustrat ed by the case study of a patient with a clinical diagnosis of Pick's disea se.
