Abstract
Significant influence of diurnal and interdiurnal variations of irregular m ovements at heights of the lower thermosphere on the frequency parameters o f ionospheric sporadic E-layer, characterizing its intensity, was found out . Common periodicities with time scares of planetary waves, having signific ant coherence, were revealed in variations of mesoscale turbulence intensit y and critical frequency foEs, blanketing frequency fbEs.
