Abstract
We propose a set of measurements at a charm factory to determine the D-0-(D ) over bar (0) mixing parameters DeltaM and Delta Gamma and the strong phas e difference delta between doubly-Cabibbo-suppressed (DCS) and Cabibbo-favo red (CF) neutral D decays into K(-)pi (+). The method can also be used to m easure strong phase differences between other corresponding DCS and CF ampl itudes. These phase differences are important for studies of D-0-(D) over b ar (0) mixing.
