The dithionylpyrrole LB films surface morphology was found to change drasti
cally with varying the number of monolayers, subphase and the type of subst
rate used. The AFM modification of LB films was carried out by different me
thods, namely, by increasing the force on cantilever in semicontact mode, a
nd applying the voltage (5 V, 10 V) between the tip and the substrate in co
ntact mode. The shape of the nanostructures is strongly dependent on the LB
film morphology and formation methods.
