Abstract
The effect of a high-frequency magnetic field applied parallel with the ave rage easy axis on the relaxation of the magnetic moment of the films after switching off of a pulse of an external magnetization-reversal field is stu died. It is assumed that the reversing field lies in the film plane and is oriented perpendicular to the average easy axis and that the magnetic aniso tropy of the films exhibits angular dispersion. Variation of the steady-sta te transverse magnetization as a function of the duration of the controllin g-field pulse was studied at various parameters of the high-frequency field .
