Abstract
The apparent antipsychotic action of the selective 5-HT2a receptor ant agonist M100907 in MK-801-treated NMRI mice was shown to be markedly c ounteracted by the 5-HT2a/2c receptor antagonist ritanserin. The mecha nism of action and potential implications are discussed.
