Abstract
(S)-(-)-Bromofosfamide (CBM-11), an enantiomerically pure bromo analog of i fosfamide, was found to be potent against several model tumors in mice. The rapeutic indices of CBM-11 were more favorable as compared to those receive d for ifosfamide. [(C) 2001 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.].
