Abstract
This paper is devoted to the study of fuzzy intervals. Topological classifi cation theorems on L-fuzzy intervals and H(lambda)-intervals (both are gene ralizations of the ordinary intervals) are proved, and a series of properti es of these fuzzy intervals are established.
