Abstract
We report a case in which malignant melanoma of the vagina showed some MR s ignal changes after radiotherapy. Before radiotherapy, the tumour had sligh tly high signal intensity on T-1 weighted images and was enhanced after gad olinium-DTPA administration. After radiotherapy, the signal intensity of th e tumour increased conspicuously on both T-1 weighted images and fat suppre ssion T-1 weighted images.
