Abstract
Due to an increased interest in spirituality, the relationship between reli giosity and spirituality and selected approaches of philosophy and theology to spirituality are analyzed based on foreign literature. The author point s to the rather broad and non-unified definition of spirituality and to the psychological approaches to this problem area used to date.
