Abstract
Regioregular head-to-tail pi -conjugated polypyridines have been prepared f or the first time by organometallic polycondensation using Ni(II) complexes as the catalyst. The proportion of the MT-content in poly(6-hexylpyridine- 2,5-diyl) was higher than 95%.
