Abstract
Aneurysmal bone cysts are uncommon lesions of the bone, which are benign an
d non-neoplastic in nature. They are commonly seen in the long bones, Their
occurrence in the calvarium is rare. We report the occurrence of an aneury
smal bone cyst in the temporal bone of a young boy, which eroded the poster
ior part of the orbit to cause proptosis.
