Abstract
Radar space-time adaptive processing (STAP) techniques characteristically o ffer adaptivity in Doppler and azimuth. This research extends STAP concepts by incorporating elevation adaptivity using a two channel vertical interfe rometer. Using multi-stage processing and measured airborne radar data, clu tter suppression improvement of 15dB is achieved.
