Abstract
Placenta accreta is a rare complication of pregnancy with high rates of mor bidity and mortality. We report a case of expectant management. This strate gy may prevent catastrophic postpartum haemorrhage requiring peripartum hys terectomy. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
