Abstract
Wilson's disease is an autosomal recessive disorder of copper metabolism ch aracterized mainly by liver cirrhosis and neurological disorders. Appropria te treatment with chelating agents allows normal fertility function. We rep ort live consecutive successful pregnancies of the same woman, treated in t he high-risk unit at our medical center. The management dilemmas and treatm ent options are discussed.
