Abstract
A full experimental characterization of the first-and second-order diffract ion wavelengths of fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) fabricated in a single optim ized UV-writing process is presented in this letter. These devices are usef ul for the simultaneous measurement of strain and temperature.
