A 5ns high Tc superconductor CPW delay line on 20 x 20mm(2) LaAl2O3 su
bstrate has been designed and implemented. A photolithographic process
that meets the stringent requirements of fabricating long, narrow, hi
gh Tc superconductor strips has been developed. The measured bandwidth
was 6GHZ and the insertion loss at 78K was <0.2dB/ns.
