Abstract
The series of (M2CU2O3)(m)(CUO2)(n) (M = Ca,Sr,Bi, m = 5, n = 7) single cry stals was grown and investigated by XRD structural and phase analysis. The temperature regimes for the formation of the main and subsidiary phases wer e specified. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
