Abstract
The ratio of liquid and solid thermal conductivities was determined for lea
d bromide by measuring the temperature of solid and liquid under the steady
-state conditions. The liquid thermal conductivity was determined to be 10.
5 x 10(-4)Cal/K s cm, a value 1.65 times higher than that reported for the
