Abstract
The increased availability of endoscopic instrumentation has enabled a numb er of surgeons to re-evaluate certain traditional open approaches to the tr eatment of multiple medical conditions. Our favourable early experience wit h the use of endoscopes in maxillofacial traumatology will be reviewed.
