Abstract
This article describes the occlusal rehabilitation of a partially edentulou s patient who did not want a removable partial denture. Implants and extens ive fixed restorations were used to restore posterior support and treat sev erely worn dentition, respectively. The treatment offered the patient a fun ctional and esthetic result.
