Abstract
Malignant atrophic papulosis (MAP) is a rare disease characterized by patho gnomonic cutaneous lesions and frequently fatal systemic involvement. Derma tologists should have a high index of suspicion for systemic complications in a patient presenting with MAP. We report a case of malignant atrophic pa pulosis to highlight the clinicopathological features and review this impor tant dermatological diagnosis.
