Abstract
This case illustrates a young man with an 11y history of systemic lupus ery thematosus who developed lupus flare after a 9-month use of growth hormone (CH) for the treatment of growth retardation. The course of disease was imp roving after GH cessation and treatment with high dose corticosteroids and intravenous cyclophosphamide pulse therapy.
