Abstract
Synthesis of polyamidoamines dendrimer with a cyclic core as a polycat ionic macromolecule was achieved by conjugation with tetraphenylporphy rin as a ligand for a photodynamic reaction. The quantity of the green fluorescent proteins expressed in HeLa cells transfected with the rec ombinant plasmid DNA by the conjugates was measured. Comparison with o ther methods suggested that the new approach can provide the highest l evel of efficiency for in vitro gene transfer.
