Id. Hands et al., Quantitative assessment of the vibronic coupling in C-60(-) via doping effects in Raman scattering experiments - art. no. 245414, PHYS REV B, 6324(24), 2001, pp. 5414
Raman scattering and infrared data from experiments performed on doped full
erenes is collated from published work. The resulting information is interp
reted in order to extract a measure of the electron-phonon coupling in full
erene systems. A simple model is used to analyze the shifts in the phonon f
requencies caused by doping, in which contributions due to charge-transfer
effects and vibronic coupling are separated. It is found that the coupling
coefficients inferred for the h(g) modes of the buckminsterfullerene monoan
ion C-60(-) are in good agreement with those deduced from experimental phot
oemission spectroscopy data.
