Abstract
The use of ginkgo biloba in conditions of poor blood flow is widesprea d although experience in end stage arterial disease is limited. In thi s paper we describe a situation in which ginkgo biloba appears to have ameliorated seemingly irreversible tissue loss and avoided an amputat ion.
