Abstract
The case of a 44-y-old woman with HIV infection and cytomegalovirus retinit is in whom antiretroviral therapy (HAART) revealed pulmonary cryptococcosis is presented. Pulmonary cryptoroccosis occurred simultaneously with immune recovery uveitis after starting HAART, showing that complex clinical pictu res mag. arise from immunreconstitution diseases.
