Abstract
The reaction of several functionalised organolithium compounds 1-3 with dif ferent a,P-unsaturated ketones or esters 4-12 in the presence of a Lewis ac id [ZnX2 (X=Cl, Br, I), AlCl3, FeCl3, BF3] leads, after hydrolysis, mainly to 1,4-addition products 13-31.
