Certain questions concerning the ecological insurance for shipping radioactive wastes

A general scheme is proposed for making insurance agreements and an algorit hm for ecological insurance for handling radioactive wastes is developed. i v is recommended that the IAEA information be used for determining the prob ability of an accident during shipment of radioactive wastes and that the t otal yearly shipment mileage be taken into account. Suggestions are made fa r making insurance agreements depending on the type of wastes shipped. Thes e developments are the basis for preparing methodological documentation on ecological insurance for handling radioactive wastes. 1 figure, 3 tables, 1 0 references.
