Abstract
In this review the full occlusal protection theory is proposed and its clin ical practice demonstrated for varying Angle's malocclusions. The concept of developing restorative anatomical shapes or bio-designing oc clusal schemes of crowns to compensate for poor intra-arch tooth positionin g is proposed and demonstrated. Clinical parameters for full occlusal protection in occlusal therapy are pr esented.
