Abstract
Laminating pastes used for the fabrication of tape-cast multilayer componen ts usually contain organic binder systems with inorganic fillers. Microstru ctural changes in the laminating pastes lead often to differences in the mu ltilayer components. Tests with preceramic polymers (Trimethyliminoalane) w ere done. A description of the paste preparation and paste composition as w ell as the manufacturing process is given. Components produced did not exhi bit any differences in mirostructures after sintering.
