Abstract
Mesenteric cysts are rare intra-abdominal tumors. The absence of characteri stic clinical findings makes diagnosis cumbersome. In this report, the sign ificance of the preoperative radiological workup was discussed in an adult patient with a mesenteric cyst. The complete resection of the cyst is treat ment of choice.
