Abstract
Based on the unified Hauser-Feshbach and exciton model, a new model has bee n developed for the light nucleus reactions. The analysis of the neutron en ergy-angular spectra of n + O-16 reaction has been performed. The fitting o f the experimental data indicates that this method is successful for calcul ating the double-differential cross section of the light nucleus.
