Abstract
With Lorentz force as the basic postulate, flux-current interaction an d flux-cutting induction are interpreted as, respectively, electromoti vely moving charges experiencing a mechanical force, and mechanically moving charges experiencing an electromotive force, across a magnetic field. This elegantly symmetrical unification leads to all rules of el ectromagnetism becoming universally right handed.
