We obtain the bilinear form of the supersymmetric sine-Gordon equation. Thr
ough the Hirota approach we contruct multisoliton solutions for this equati
on. We find that, in contrast to the purely bosonic case, the solitons are
'dressed' through their mutual interaction and we compute this dressing exp
licitly. Using the Ablowitz, Ramani and Segur algorithm we verify that the
supersymmetric sine-Gordon equation possesses the Painleve property.
