Abstract
Using a result on arithmetic progressions, we describe a method for finding the rational h-tuples rho = (rho (1),..., p(h),) such that all the multipl es m rho (for m coprime to a denominator of rho) lie in a linear variety mo dule Z. We give an application to hypergeometric functions.
